AT&T's executive team needed streamlined scheduling tools to coordinate across complex stakeholder networks. Existing processes were manual, time-consuming, and error-prone at scale.

Led end-to-end development of two scheduling applications — gathering requirements directly from business stakeholders, defining user stories, and coordinating with network engineers and operations staff through delivery.

Both applications shipped on time and entered production use. Automation solutions embedded in the workflow cut manual processing time significantly across the team.

AT&T's External & Legislative Affairs team managed regulatory intelligence across 50+ state managers. Data lived in silos, reporting was manual, and executive leadership lacked real-time visibility into legislative risk.

Designed and implemented automated ETL pipelines using SQL and Python to consolidate legislative data from multiple sources into a centralized product. Built an interactive Power BI dashboard suite for executive consumption.

The dashboards are still actively used by AT&T executive leadership — a measure of durable product value. Manual processing time dropped dramatically, freeing the team to focus on analysis rather than data wrangling.

Students at UNT lacked a centralized way to discover and connect with research opportunities across the university. Finding the right program required navigating scattered department websites and word-of-mouth.

Led a team of five engineers through full product development using Agile/Scrum — sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Owned the product roadmap and backlog, prioritizing features based on user feedback and technical feasibility.

All project milestones delivered on time. The platform connected students with research opportunities in a single, searchable interface — demonstrating both product management discipline and full-stack delivery capability.
